High temperature regulating valves generally refer to regulating valves used in working conditions above 450℃. The following are several commonly used high temperature regulating valves for your reference.
(1) Ordinary high temperature alloy butterfly valve Ordinary butterfly valve is a butterfly valve with a simple structure and the lightest weight of the same caliber. It is easy to forge and can save a lot of precious high temperature alloys. Ordinary high temperature alloy butterfly valves can only be used in places where leakage requirements are not high. In the application, it should also be noted that there should be enough gap between the valve body and the valve plate to avoid blocking caused by thermal expansion of the material under high temperature conditions. At the same time, appropriate positioning measures should be adopted to ensure the effective positioning of the valve plate to avoid the valve plate from sagging or offsetting, causing unilateral blocking or biting.
(2) High temperature alloy flapper butterfly valve
The flapper butterfly valve is a new type of high temperature regulating valve developed to address the main problems that regulating valves are prone to under high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy forging, good sealing, and not easy to block. It can also save a lot of precious high temperature alloys. The sealing method is that the flat baffle (valve plate) falls on the valve body boss (integrated) to form a circular sealing surface, thereby achieving a good sealing effect.
(3) Special ball valve for high-temperature thermal oil
The special ball valve for high-temperature thermal oil, which uses elastic laminated special composite graphite valve seat and flexible graphite filler, can effectively solve the requirements of thermal oil process for good cut-off and good adjustment, small influence of thermal oil on filler (conventional elongated valve cover and heat sink are meaningless), and good sealing. It is a medium and high temperature cut-off regulating valve and can be used in occasions below 500℃.
(4) High-temperature non-metallic inner sandwich ultra-high temperature butterfly valve
Using ultra-high temperature alloy material as the structure and high-temperature non-metallic material as the lining, the inside and outside of the valve body are different, thereby ensuring the strength of the valve body. The hollow or ultra-high temperature alloy material valve plate is equipped with circulation or cooling means to ensure that the valve plate works well at about 1200℃.
